quit my job in 2008 after 18 years in the corporate world. I was the director of operations in a manufacturing plant that ran 24 hours a day 365 days a year and I was getting burnt out!
I told myself "it is now or never" to pursue my real estate passion and so I quit my job in 2008 and never looked back.
I made this career change...
during the worst economic downturn in US history. The housing prices were falling and the number of foreclosures were skyrocketing. It was a great time to be buying real estate but it was mentally challenging to buy since nobody knew where the market would bottom. I was buying creatively with little or no money out of pocket for the next 4 years and then at the end of 2011 formed a company called The Note Authority to started buying defaulted mortgage in addition.
My goal...
is to continue to build monthly income from notes, rentals, owner financing, private lending and syndications and help as many individuals as possible to meet their income goals.
